About

In 1909 the Reading Railroad completed construction of 915 Spring Garden Street. During this prosperous era of heavy industry, trains were the primary means of long distance travel and commerce, making 915 Spring Garden Street a focal point of industry for Philadelphia.

The building was originally designed to be offices and overnight quarters for employees of the Reading Railroad. It has since been a textile factory, printer, warehouse and artist studios.

Arts + Crafts Holdings is pleased to take on this building as the next site reimagined in Spring Arts.
